Sustaniable living visit

I went to a farmers market on Friday May 7 at 3:00. I asked a local farmer some questions. And here they are...

1. Whats your name?

" My name is Brian Beevers."

2. Are you a farmer?

"Yes, I am also the man who organizes these farmers markets."

3. Do you have a farm?

"Yes a small one."

4. Do you use any genetically mutated or enhaning items in your garden?

"No never."

5. Do you feel like you are making a difference?

" Yes I do."

  1. I really enjoy how people think that they're making a difference with their small choices. Even though they might think they're not making a big impact, they really are supporting an unspoken revolution for sustainable living. A desert can only be made of many individual sands
It made me think about how fast he sounded when you mention genetically mutated growth chemicals, it really shows how, not only dedicated they are to a healthy lifestyle, but how much they are against us defiling our foods and lying to one another.
I want to hear what you have to say about all of this though

  2. I like how you interviewed the man who organized the farmers market because you can find out more about the whole farmers market in general then asking someone who works there or shops there. What made me think was that he says he is making a difference by organizing one small farmers market, but he really is and he believes it even though some people might not think so.

  3. Hi Vinnie,
I liked that you asked specific questions like, do you use genetically modified seeds? This made me think about how many farmers actually may use GMOs. It also made me wonder if all organic farmers, who sell at farmers markets, don't use GMOs. One last thing I liked was that you came up with other relevant questions to go along with the ones that were given.

    Good Job!

  4. I liked how you came up with original questions to ask Brian, a lot of us stuck to asking the questions given to us by Charlotte but it seems like you got a lot of information that others didn't. Going along with what Vincent said, i also thought it was interesting that the person you interviewed thinks he's making a difference by simply organizing the farmers market and having his own small farm to grow organic food on his own.

  6. something i really liked was that you made up your own question for the person you interviewed. You also made me think when you wrote short answers but yours were just enough. One thing that stood out was your picture most people had a picture with there friends but you had one with the person you interviewed
